Stallion Description

2014 • Brown • Hann • 170cm

The Westphalian licensing 2016 was characterized by a first-class springlot, which presented itself outstanding in the free jumping. Nevertheless, a stallion stood out especially: Karajan. All experts agreed, his free jumping was sensational: with overview, perfect manner and limitless fortune. A stallion with a good face and intelligent eye, correct foundation, flexible body and above average gaits.
Phenomenal is the pedigree with three Olympic fathers who dominate the international show jumping. Kannan, the current No. 5 in the world rankings, is the father of Olympic 2012 London 2012 and fourth in Rio 2016, Nino de Buissonnets (Steve Guerdat). Verdi, who was still active in show jumping at the age of 14, won silver in London and gold at the World and European Championships with the Dutch team. Cornet Obolensky took the 3rd place in the world list jumping and was represented with six offspring most in Rio. His descendants have reached a lifetime winnings of 6 million euros.
The falling dam line is with Lincolm L v. Landadel, who also won Grand Prix in international show jumping, as well as showjumping horse Don Juan and Servus. From the dam line come the licensed stallions Samorano and Sulaiky vdHelle from Stakkato, as well as Cornet Session and Coloseo from Cornet Obolensky, as well as the S-showjumpers Sinclair v. Singular Joter and Wienna v. Vienna Woods.

  • In 2018 Karajan is victorious several times in showjumps A and L. He finishes the sport examination for licensed stallions in Verden with the jumping final score 9,02. Under the saddle of Christian Temme and foreign rider Pico Hannöver the stallion presents his outstanding rideability (9,0), his impressive jumping ability (9,5) and receives a 9,0 for the overall impression. Here you will find the individual results (please click on the text) . Karajan’s first crop of foals impresses with above-average movements, good types and harmonious buildings.
  • In 2017, Karajan completed an outstanding 14-day test with the Endote 8.90 and a 9.28 for the jumping.
