Premium stallion at the Hanoverian licensing in 2013

Large-framed stallion with a lot of masculine expression. Diatendro combines colossal jumping abilities with a lot of power, excellent jumping technique and bascule with loose and elastic gaits. His uphill and ground covering canter deserves a special mention. The sire Diarado was the celebrated Holstein Champion Stallion in 2007 and won his stallion performance test with dream scores. Sporty, modern and with a lot of scope he won multiple jumping tests with high scores and in 2010 he won the bronze medal at the Bundeschampionship for 5-year-old jumping horses. Since then he has been successful up to advanced (S) level, is one of the most popular sires of show jumping horses, and according to the FN’s breeding value estimation leads the ranking with 169 points.
Dam Cobina completed an outstanding mare performance test with 9.25 for jumping and is a daughter of the foundation Holstein premium stallion and stallion performance test winner Contendro I. Grand dam Galena produced, with Stakkato, the licensed son Sicerto, who was successful with Rolf Moormann up to advanced (S) level. Sicerto’s full sister Scala is also the dam of the international jumping mare Acorte (v. Acorado I) and with Rolf Moormann won some 150.000 Euros of price money in international jumping competitions. The black stallion Grannus, in the third generation, was himself successful in advanced (S) jumping classes and a sire of many internationally successful horses. Many countries have had offspring of this great sire in their national teams. Akzent II and Goldstern, highly esteemed ancestors, are found in the fourth and fifth generation of this Hanoverian dam line, which originates from the Family 484/Flügelschuld (by Flügelmann I-Schwabenkönig I etc.), which also produced the state stud stallions Dragoner (Warendorf), Junker (Schwaiganger) and Laupin (Redefin).
